Интересы: Natalie, a British citizen, originally born in the city of Kazan, a capital of the Tatarstan Republic, located in the Central European part of the Russian Federation, was born on the 14th of May 1977. Since the young age, Natalie developed an interest in Islamic art and culture. She spent time to study ancient history of her native land and appreciated the original music and folklore. At present time, Natalie is a keen student of Islamic cultural heritage and anthropology of the Gulf Region and had been learning classic Arabic language for several years. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends inside and outside of the house; taking care of the household; reading the historic and political documentary and fiction literature; attending the gym cycling fitness classes at the Abu Dhabi Golf Club; recreational sports walking in Corniche Abu Dhabi; cooking fusion dishes from various cuisines of the world; travelling abroad and occasionally playing tennis. Natalie has been based in the UAE since the year 2008: She had held a post of a Regional Recruitment Consultant at Adecco Middle East based in Dubai, UAE until June 2010, developing new business within the Oil and Gas, Power and Engineering industries on behalf of her employer and expanding the Company’s business to Abu Dhabi. Natalie has risen through the ranks of recruiters by means of her hard work and dedication to finding right profiles within given deadlines. She is a great team worker and never refuses or hesitates to help her peers by means of taking up the hardest tasks. Natalie has a positive personality. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities as a recruitment manager, Natalie conducted staff meetings, annual staff appraisals, made departmental progress presentations at the Board of Directors meetings and organized training/coaching workshops in conjunction with the SPIE OGS HQ in France. Natalie has held a post of a Human Resources Manager at Mohammed Al Jassasi General Trading LLC based in Al Ain, UAE since December 2011 until December 2014, managing personnel for the large privately-owned avionics spare parts, CCTV equipment, HD security IP camera equipment and IT hardware supply and logistics business, which is servicing the procurement sub-contractors to the UAE civilian and other types of aircraft repair and maintenance industry and also the same industry related private niche clients. Natalie was in charge of ten staff members of the HR team: two Recruitment Officers; one HR coordinator; two HR Officers; three Admin Executives; and two PRO's. Natalie has held a post of a Human Capital Manager at Al Qabas Employment Services based in Abu Dhabi, UAE since January 2015 until December 2015. She was responsible for the overall management of HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, HR operations and other related activities; Business Development Management and Client Management; Headhunting the C-level and Mid- to Senior level candidates for both functional and technical posts; A Skilled and Unskilled Labour force procurement and supply.

Power Tends To Corrupt and absolute Power Corrupts absolutely: Absolute monarchies are those in which all power is given to or, as is more often the case, taken by, the monarch. Examples of absolute power corrupting are Roman emperors (who declared themselves gods) and Napoleon Bonaparte (who declared himself an emperor). "Absolute power corrupts absolutely" arose as part of a quotation by the expansively named and impressively hirsute John Emerich Edward Dalberg Acton, first Baron Acton (1834–1902). The historian and moralist, who was otherwise known simply as Lord Acton, expressed this opinion in a letter to Bishop Mandell Creighton in 1887: "Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. If you are looking for the exact "power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely" wording, then Acton is your man. He didn't invent the idea though; quotations very like it had been uttered by several authors well before 1887. Primary amongst them was another English politician with no shortage of names - William Pitt the Elder, Earl of Chatham and British Prime Minister from 1766 to 1778, who said something similar in a speech to the UK House of Lords in 1770: "Unlimited power is apt to corrupt the minds of those who possess it" Acton is likely to have taken his lead from the writings of the French republican poet and politician, again a generously titled individual - Alphonse Marie Louis de Prat de Lamartine. An English translation of Lamartine's essay France and England: a Vision of the Future was published in London in 1848 and included this text: It is not only the slave or serf who is ameliorated in becoming free... the master himself did not gain less in every point of view,... for absolute power corrupts the best natures. Whether it is Lamartine or his anonymous English translator that can claim to have coined 'absolute power corrupts' we can't be sure, but we can be sure that it wasn't Lord Acton.
